Notes: Recorded 1977 instrument, Wake ROD Bk 2505 Pg 742 (1 p): it subjects Stonehenge Subdivision Lot 52 and Lots 78-83 (Book of Maps 1977 Pg 271) to the protective covenants recorded in Book 2489, Page 136. That is lot-level only. The Bk 2489 Pg 136 covenants have not been reviewed, so there is no 'verified: no HOA' badge (no logged deed search). Section One Protective Covenants, Bk 2489 Pg 136-139, recorded 03/31/1977 (4 pp, OCR; dated 12/01/1976). They run 25 years from recording and then renew automatically in 10-year terms unless a majority of owners record a change. They apply only to the lots in Section One and those added by Bk 2505 Pg 742; other sections have not been reviewed. Covenants only: no association is created in this instrument.
